Paula Wysocki earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Services and Master of Science Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Scranton followed by a Juris Doctorate Degree from Temple University School of Law in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. Ms. Wysocki currently assists members of the firm with litigation preparation.
Prior to joining the David Chico Law Group, Ms. Wysocki served as Assistant Director of a half way house for adult female criminal offenders; Assistant Director of the Victim/Witness Unit of the Lackawanna County Prosecutor’s Office; Law Clerk, Office of the Attorney General (Pa); Law Clerk, United States Attorney’s Office, Philadelphia, Pa Department of Children’s Services; and Ohio.
Procurator/Coordinator of Procurator’s for Canonical Marriage Dissolutions.
Nitza Torres is a Legal Secretary with over 25 years of experience. She is also a Notary of the Public for the State of Florida. Nitza currently manages the legal divisions of Criminal, Family Law and Accounting, and is skilled and practiced in many other areas and responsibilities as well.
Keila A. Garcia is a Legal Assistant, fluent in both English and Spanish. She earned degrees from Valencia Community College, University of Central Florida, in addition to a Legal Secretary Certification from Stetson University. Keila serves as Vice-President of the Osceola County Paralegal Section. She currently assists clients with housing and landlord tenant issues, foreclosures, loan modifications and other related matters.
Marina Gherciu is Legal Assistant in civil court, business, and personal injury cases. She earned her B.S. in International Relations and Political Science, with a focus on foreign languages (English, French), and international law followed by completing the legal assistant program with Stetson University. Her careful attention to detail, high level of organization, solid work ethic, and enthusiasm make her an invaluable resource in the office.
