Kelvin Soto is an Attorney, Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator and a School Board Member for Osceola County, District 2. Mr. Soto earned his law degree from the prestigious University of California, Berkeley, a rigorous program rated in the top 10 law schools in the country by the U.S. News and World Report. Prior to earning his Juris Doctor degree, Mr. Soto was a math instructor for San Diego State University.
Attorney Soto also holds a Master of Public Heath from San Diego State University, which allowed him to work as an epidemiologist. During his career as an epidemiologist Mr. Soto led a team of health professionals and scientists in a project to identify school children with untreated chronic respiratory disease and provide and care. Mr. Soto also served six years as a Navy Corpsman Field Medic for the U.S. Marine Corps.
Mr. Soto focuses on criminal law, family law and foreclosure defense. He is bar member of the Florida Supreme Court and the Middle District Court of Florida
